Community Care That Makes a Difference
QHM Community Care Society is a non-profit organization committed to helping people live with greater dignity, independence and connection.
We support seniors, families, newcomers, persons with disabilities and vulnerable community members through practical assistance, community programs, outreach, referrals and volunteer support.
Our goal is to identify everyday barriers and connect people with the help, resources and human support they need.
